There are several ways to share our recipes there: Sharing through an app such as Recipe Keeper, sharing your favourities from Facebook, other recipes sites, or just posting your own straight into the group.
Our group is private so you will need to join to view the recipes and take part. I have loaded most of my own recipes into the group, using an app called Recipe Keeper. It makes sharing them much easier. There are many really nice recipes on Facebook which you can share into the group quite easily.
